You see it is a cycle.

I choice when to stop it.

Repeat it.

End it.

Begin it.

However, it is automatic. Until

I feel it

hear it

see it.

So, now I visualize everything, I look at the subject, I analyze the scene, I read the room

I listen intentionally, I filter the noise, I hear the message.

I am now learning to speak my truth. Use my voice.
